The project is a seven-story multi-unit residential building, spanning across 7,500 square feet in Los Angeles. It comprises of 26 units and multiple shared spaces, representing an adapted version of the co-living concept that aims to provide adult dorms for city living in LA. The building offers compact yet fully furnished private spaces. By prioritizing communal outdoor areas and shared amenities, K.I.S. enhances the resident experience and builds a resilient community fabric.
